Currently which blue tooth cell phone headset should i buy? - cell phone headset

I agree not always live with a headset on the ear, but I want to use while driving in my car shifter or notes on the notebook. My plan is a Purchaseing on eBay, but I need direction on which one to buy and why. I think I could with the cheaper, but I would not mind losing a little in order to maintain the quality and additional features. I'm cheap and do not want to spend much money, but because of the quality I'll spend the extra.
